This file contains the following forms: letter to attendees,
waiver form, the Girls State Pledge, the medical exam report, key agreement,
the bill form and a sample bill. Each Girls State citizen must bring these
forms (completely filled out and signed) to the registration
desk.

Georgia Southern University requires that you read and complete this form.
Please print this out, complete the form and bring it with you to Girls
State. Georgia Southern University staff will be on hand to take the forms
up. If they are not filled out and signed by the parent, GSU can refuse to
allow you to attend Girls State.

Girls State Manual
All girls will be provided with a printed copy of the manual when they arrive at
Girls State. But, we encourage girls to take a look at the manual to get a
better idea of what to expect during the week. This will help you better prepare
for your Girls State experience.
