IMPORTANT DATES

2/15/26:

• Complete Step 1: Unit/Post Information form.

  • Units completing the ‘Unit Information’ form will receive an email with Unit Access Codes and log in information for the Camp Wise system.

  • Units may provide Unit Access Codes to their applicants.

3/1/26:

• Application portal opens for students.

​

3/1/26 – 5/15/26:

• Applications will be processed on a rolling basis.

• Students and sponsoring units will be notified by email once registration (Step 2) is complete.

• Schools will receive emails once an applicant’s registration is complete to verify eligibility (Step 3).

• Students and sponsoring units will be notified by email once an application is complete (Step 4).

5/1/26:

• Last date for citizens to register online for Georgia Girls State.

• Unit payment deadline.
